At Mr Jones Watches, we want you to be completely happy with your unique timepiece. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your watch in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization and receive the correct return address for your region.

  Pack Securely

  Place the watch back in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping carton to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package using a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure its safe arrival at our London studio or international processing center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our watchmakers have inspected the item to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
